Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Mix and let sit for 15 minutes:
3 1/2 cups warm water
3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
6 tablespoons yeast
Then add:
1 tablespoon salt
3 eggs
10 1/2 cups flour
Mix for 10 minutes - then let sit for 10 minutes

Oil cutting board - dump out dough and divide in half. Press one half out into a rectangle. Spread with cinnamon filling. Roll and slice. Repeat with reaming dough. Preheat oven to 400 and bake 12-15 minutes.

CINNAMON FILLING:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup firmly packed
4-5 tablespoons ground cinnamon
3/4 - 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
2 oz cream cheese, softened
7 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon lemon extract (optional)
2 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

ORANGE TOPPING
Make cream cheese frosting and add orange extract and orange juice for milk.
