1 14-ounce can of salmon (drain slightly and remove bones)
2 eggs
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 chopped green onions
1 cup panko bread crumbs
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 chopped jalapeño peppers
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties. Skillet fry in olive or vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
