Fix N Mix Bread Recipe

9 cups flour
4 eggs
cup sugar
2 pkg yeast
1 cup scalded milk, cooled
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
2 sticks melted butter

Step 1:
In Tupperware fix N Mix bowl, measure flour (do not sift). Make a well in bottom.

Step 2:
In a Tupperware medium mixing bowl, beat 4 eggs with a fork, add remaining ingredients except butter.

Pour all into well in flour. DO NOT MIX Seal, wink seal and set in warm water for 30 minutes. (Seal should pop open).

Step 3:
Add melted butter, mix well. Seal, wink seal. Return to warm place for another 30 - 40 minutes.

Step 4:
When seal has popped off the second time, knead 15 - 20 times and divide and shape into 3 oe 4 loaves of bread or cinnamon rolls. Let raise 15 - 20 minutes. (NO LONGER)

Bake 30 minutes at 375.
