1 package (8 oz.) Cornbread Mix
1 c. Cream Style Corn
¾ tsp. Jalapeno (finely chopped)
½ c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Prepare the cornbread mix as directed on package. Add the Cream Style Corn and Jalapenos to the mix. Spread half of the mix in the bottom of a greased 8x8 in. baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the Cheddar Cheese and then add the remaining cornbread mix. Sprinkle the top with the remaining Cheddar Cheese and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
