2 sticks room temp butter
1 stick room temp margarine
2 cups sugar
5 lg room temp eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, margarine and sugar then add eggs one at a time
Slowly add flour and vanilla.
You can make any flavor you want. I have added lemon or orange flavoring. Sometimes I make it with almond flavoring. Beat really well. Bake in tube or bundt pan at 325 for one hour.

This is a recipe that I got years ago from a nurse I worked with it is wonderful. I love to slice it and put it in the toasted for breakfast.
