1 cup sugar
1½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
¼ cup cocoa
1 tsp soda
1 Tbsp vinegar
⅓ cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cold water

Sift first five ingredients into ungreased pan. Add the rest of ingredients and stir until smooth. Bake in 350º oven for 35 min

Used to make this a lot when the girls were little.
