3 Cups Bread Flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 can pitted small black olives
1 cup and 5/8 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl stir together flour , salt and yeast. Stir well then add drained olives. Add water and stir well. The dough will be sticky. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place for 12 to 18 hours. Remove from bowl and pat into a ball on a floured surface. Place on a dish cloth ( not terry cloth) and sprinkle with yellow corn meal. Place in a warm place again and allow to rise for 2 hours. Spray cast iron cooking pan with a lid and heat in oven at 450F. Add bread doughBake for 30 minutes. Remove lid and continues to bake for 10 to 15 minutes. The bread should be lightly browned.
