1 x 400g tin of black beans, washed and drained
1/2 x 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
50ml water
1 large sweet potato, peeled
3 spring onions, sliced
1 large red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 heaped teaspoon of smoked sweet paprika
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
1 lime
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up sweet potate and cook till almost done in oven with salt and pepper

In the mean time cut up red onio and garlic Add paprika and olive oil Saute Add spring onions Saute and then add beans and maple syrup Add potatoes , After beans popped a bit add tomatoes slowly and if too thick add water to make it not so thick

Serve on top of rice and guacamole on the side
