Directions:
Caramel Filling: Place an unopened can of sweetened condensed milk into a pot of water. Boil for 3 hours, making sure the can stays covered with water. Allow to cool in pot.

To Make Turtles: Melt chocolate. Coat turtle molds with melted chocolate using a brush to make sure mold is evenly coated on bottom and sides. Place in freezer until chocolate is firm. Place a pecan in each turtle. Add creamy caramel filling, using enough to cover the pecan but leaving enough space in the mold to top with melted chocolate. Return to freezer. Pop out of mold when chocolate hardens. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
