Pumpkin Bars Recipe

Pumpkin Bars:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
2 cups canned pumpkin

Cream Cheese Frosting:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
⅓ cup butter, softened
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat over to 350. Grease two 9x13 pans. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Bake 25 minutes. Allow to cool. Beat cream cheese, butter, milk, and vanilla with electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Frost bars when cool.
