Directions:
Mix cake mix, jello, eggs, oil and water and pour into a prepared 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. While hot, punch the cake full of holes with a meat fork. In a small bowl mix together powdered sugar, lemon rind and lemon juice. Spoon onto the cake. It will soak into the holes. Let stand; the longer this stands the better the flavor so do at least a day before you want to eat it.
