(Use with Mince Tarts or Pudding)
1/4 lb soft butter
1 c icing sugar
4 tsp boiling water
1 egg white beaten
1 tsp flavoring (vanilla, rum)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter until creamy smooth. Gradually add icing sugar while beating. Add boiling water, 1 tsp at a time, and continue beating. Beat in egg white and flavoring. Place mixture in a pretty bowl and decorate the top with cherries. Refrigerate to harden sauce.
