1 egg white
1 tsp. water
12 oz. can mixed nuts
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Butter a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan.

In a medium sized bowl, lightly beat egg white with the water. Add nuts and stir until well coated. In another bowl, combine sugar and spices. Mix well. Add sugar mixture to nuts, and stir until well coated. Spread nuts in jelly roll pan in a single layer. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until nuts are dry. Store in a tightly covered container.
