2 small cans or 1 large (14 oz can) of salmon (remove any bones)
1 cup bread crumbs
¾ cup milk
2 eggs well beaten
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
¾ tsp. celery salt
½ tsp. parsley flakes
¼ tsp. dry mustard
¼ tsp. black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients.
Form mixture into a loaf and bake uncovered in a 350º oven for 1 hour.
