2 small cans or 1 large (14 oz can) of salmon (remove any bones)
1 cup bread crumbs
cup milk
2 eggs well beaten
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
tsp. celery salt
tsp. parsley flakes
tsp. dry mustard
tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients.
Form mixture into a loaf and bake uncovered in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
