1 qt. Fresh Blueberries
1 1/4 Cups Water
3/4 Cup Sugar
4 Tablespoons Clear-jel or Corn Starch

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 qt. saucepan, add blueberries, water and sugar and bring to a boil on medium heat.

In a bowl, mix corn starch and enough water for a thin paste. Add to blueberry mixture in the saucepan to thicken. Let Cool

Refrigerate unused portions.
