18 Vanilla Wafers
2-8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
2 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1/2 Cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add liners to an 18 cup muffin pan. Place one vanilla wafer into each cup.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, and sugar together. Beat with a mixer for 5 minutes. Fill each baking cup with the filling and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Top with your favorite pie filling.
