1 3/4 Cups Mild Hot Peppers (seeded)
1 1/2 Cups White Vinegar
6 ounces Liquid Pectin
6 1/2 Cups Sugar
Red or Green Food Coloring (optional)

4 oz. jelly jars for canning

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peppers and vinegar in food processor, blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a large pot and add the sugar. Cook on medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in the pectin and
return to a full boil. Let boil for 1 minutes, remove from heat and skim off the foam.

Add a few drops of food coloring if desired.

Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
