7½ Cups All-Purpose Flour
4½ Tablespoon Sugar
4 pkgs. Rapid Rise Yeast
3 Teaspoons Salt
2 ½ Cups Milk
1 Cup Water
3 Tablespoon Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 pan.

In microwaveable bowl, add milk, water, and crisco- microwave for 3 minutes and 10 seconds or to 120 degrees.

Using a Kitchenaid mixer bowl, put 5 cups flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix with dough hook. Gradually add warm milk and mix for 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Add 1½ cups flour and beat for an additional 2 minutes. Remove bowl and stir in remaining flour with a spoon to make soft dough and not sticky.

Take dough mixture out of bowl and knead for a few minutes. Lightly oil a mixing bowl (can also use cooking spray), add dough, cover and let rise. Pinch out dough and add to greased pan. Let dough balls rise one more time.

Bake for 20 minutes.
