4 veal or pork chops
4 slices prosciutto
4 slices gruyere cheese
4 slices tomatoes
12 oz sliced mushrooms
2 T extra virgin olive oil
¼ onion chopped
½ cup white wine
4 T cream
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season the chops with salt and pepper and brown in a skillet with some extra virgin olive oil.

Remove from skillet and top each chop with prosciutto, tomato and cheese slice and set aside.

Add the onions to the skillet and cook till soft add the mushrooms and brown them, then add ½ cup of white wine and reduce a bit. Add the cream.

Place the chops in a baking dish and pour the mushroom sauce over the chopst, bake in a 400F (200C) preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes
