1 medium onion chopped
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
c. lemon juice
1 small bottle ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
c. chopped celery
salt to taste
tsp. red pepper flakes

Brown onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour.

To make BBQ ribs. While sauce is simmering place a rack of ribs or as many country style ribs as you need in a roasting pan and roast in 350 oven for 1 hour. Pour sauce over ribs and continue cooking for another hour.
