6 lbs. brisket
2 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. Henri french dressing
1 large sliced onion, or more
1 cup Concord grape wine
½ cup Chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine garlic salt, dressing, and pour over brisket. Top with sliced onions. cook for 2 hours at 300º. Remove brisket from oven and add combined wine and chili sauce. Pour over brisket and cover. Return to oven for another 2 to 3 hours or more.
Brisket should be fork tender when done.
