Strudel:
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ lb. margarine
3 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. vinegar
¼ cup water

Filling:
½ lb. chopped nuts
½ cup sugar
1 box angel food cake mix
1 (4 oz.) bottle maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Cut margarine into flour as for pie crust. Add egg yolks, vinegar and water and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours). Divide dough into 3 parts and work with one at a time. Roll out on floured cloth (10 x 15-inches)

Prepare angel food cake mix according to directions on the box. Mix nuts, sugar and some cherry juice to moisten a little. Sprinkle nuts on rolled out dough. Spoon angel food cake mixture over it. Put ½ cherry on each spoonful of mix. Roll up, guiding with the cloth grasped in each hand. Bake on an ungreased pan in moderate oven at 375° F. for 45 minutes. Serve sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
