6 c Fresh sliced peaches

1 1/2 c Raspberries

1 c Sugar

1/2 tsp Nutmeg

4 T Flour

1 tsp Lemon juice

1/4 tsp Salt

1/2 c Apricot preserves

1/4 tsp Almond extract


Directions:
Directions:
Make pie shell in Dutch oven with high edges, from your favorite recipe. Toss together peaches, sugar, flour, Nutmeg, salt, lemon juice, and almond extract. arrange two circles of peach slices over bottom of pie shell. Bake 25-30 min. 70% of heat should be on top and 30% on bottom. Spoon Apricot preserves over peaches then sprinkle raspberries over the Apricot preserves. Bake an addition
