8 oz wide egg noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp salt
tsp garlic salt
3 -8oz cans tomato sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup chopped green onion
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and add butter, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Cook noodles, drain. Mix noodles with sour cream, cottage cheese, and onions. In greased 2 quart casserole dish or baking
pan, alternate layers of noodles and meat. Top with cheese and bake in a 350 oven for 20-25 minutes.
