2 lb chicken leg pieces
3 bay leaves
1 tsp dried thyme
tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 cups chopped onions
2 cups sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
3 cups wide egg noodles
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups milk, divided
3 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy stockpot combine chicken, 3 cups water, seasonings, and fresh vegetables. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Discard bay leaves. Remove chicken from pot. Remove bones, skin and chop chicken. Set aside. Bring broth to a boil. Add noodles; cook 5 minutes. Stir in peas and 1 cups milk. Combine flour with cup milk; stir into mixture. Cook and stir until thick. Add chicken; cook 1-2 minutes until hot.
