2 pack cream cheese 8 oz, room temperature
8 tsp salmon roe Or any kind of caviar you prefer
3/4 cup sour cream
1 lemon juice
4 tsp fresh dill minced
2 tsp minced chives
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 tbs heavy cream

Directions:

In a mixing bowl blend cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, salt, black pepper and lemon juice until soft .
Then add the minced dill and minced chives mix together then fold the caviar decorate with some dill and caviar, chill in the fridge until you serve.
serve with crackers or bagel chips .
