2 packs of cream cheese (8 oz) room temperature
8 tsp salmon roe or any kind of caviar you prefer
3/4 cup sour cream
1 lemon juice
4 tsp fresh dill minced
2 tsp minced chives
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 tbsp heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl blend cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, salt, black pepper and lemon juice until soft. Then add the minced dill and minced chives. Mix together, then fold in the caviar. Garnish with extra dill and caviar. Chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
