Perfect Chicken Recipe

1 Tbsp flour
1 cup rice
1 cup sliced carrots
cup chopped celery
1 can chicken broth
cup water
1 Tbsp margarine
2-3 lb chicken pieces
1 Tbsp oil
salt and pepper
parsley flakes
basil leaves
garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350. Place flour in large oven bag; shake to coat bag. Place bag in 9 x 13 baking pan with opening towards wide side of pan. Place rice and vegetables in bag. Coat chicken with oil and sprinkle
with seasonings. Place in single layer in bag; add broth, water, and margarine. Close with nylon tie. cut six 1/2 inch slits in top of bag; tuck ends of bag in pan. Bake at 350 for 1 to 1 1/4 hour, or until chicken reaches 180 and rice is cooked.
