3 cups cooked chicken
4 Tbsp flour
4 Tbsp butter or margarine
2 cups milk
2 chicken bouillon cubes
⅛ tsp pepper
1 pkg frozen peas

Biscuits:
2 cups biscuit mix
½ cup cold water
½ tsp poultry seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat; stir in flour. Slowly add milk, bouillon and pepper; cook over low heat until thick. Add chicken and peas; cook until peas are softened and chicken is hot. Serve over biscuits.

For biscuits, combine ingredients, form into ball and knead. Roll 1/2 inch thick; cut out biscuits and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake biscuits in preheated 450° oven for 8-10 minutes.
