4 chicken breasts
Flour
½ cup butter
1 lb mushrooms
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 cup cream
¼ cup sherry
1 ½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Coat breasts with flour. Heat butter in a 12 inch skillet over medium heat; cook chicken until lightly browned on all sides. Remove chicken. In drippings, cook mushrooms and onions 5 minutes stirring frequently. Stir in cream, sherry, salt, and pepper. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover skillet, and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Remove chicken to platter. Blend 1 Tbsp flour with water; gradually add to pan liquid stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.
