4-6 pcs boneless, skinless chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
salt to taste
2 cups minute rice

Directions:
Directions:
The morning of the meal place the chicken, 3 cans of creamy soup, butter, and salt in a crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred chicken, add minute rice, and stir well. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes to allow rice to cook.
