14 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
½ cup water
1 ½ lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 pkg stuffing for chicken mix
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°. Mix tomatoes, stuffing, water, and garlic until stuffing is moist. Layer chicken, basil, cheese, and stuffing in baking dish. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
