2 lbs frozen hash browns (chopped style)
2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cornflakes crushed (or potato chips)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except cornflakes and stick of margarine. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Mix cornflakes and melted margarine, spread over top of potatoes. Bake an additional 30 minutes until brown.
