Waffles

Makes a lot
2 cups flour
2tablespoons baking powder
3 cups half n half
2/3 cup water
2 eggs
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vanilla
4 tablespoons white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large plastic or glass bowl,Sift or mix by hand ,flour,salt,sugar and baking soda
In another bowl,stir the vinegar into the half n half and water. Stir in the vanilla,eggs and the melted butter.
Mix wet ingredients into the dry ingredient.
Let sit for 30 minuted.

This recipe makes great fluffy waffles. Donít skimp on the butter or oil you use in preparing the waffle iron.
