1-2 lb of tricolored Rotini pasta
1-2 lb of cubed ham or summer sausage
1 bottle of Zesty Italian dressing
1 small jar of green olives
1 small jar of sliced pimentos
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
2 cucumbers, chopped
Grated cheese - I used about 2 oz of medium cheddar

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Mix together all ingredients and chill in fridge overnight. The longer it sits, the better it gets! Serve as a side or main dish.

I used fat free Italian dressing, 24 oz of cubed ham and 24 oz of pasta which made the recipe a total of 22 cups. Each cup is 190 calories!
