3 Red Delicious Apples
3 Granny Smith Apples
½ c. Brown Sugar, packed
¼ c. Butter
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Nutmeg
¼ tsp. All Spice

Directions:
Directions:
Core and cut the apples into wedges leaving the skins on. In a large skillet, sauté the apples with the Brown Sugar and Butter. Stir every few minutes until the apples are soft. In a large food processor; blend together until smooth the softened apples along with the melted butter and sugar remaining in the skillet, Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and All Spice. Refrigerate to harden.
