2 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp.salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1/2 vanilla
1 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Fruit Dip
1 8oz cool whipped. (unthawed)
1 7oz.jar marshmallow cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and put liners in muffin tins.

In large bowl combine dry ingredients. In a small bowl combine eggs,oil, buttermilk, and vanilla. Add egg mixture all at once to dry ingredients and stir with spoon until moistened. Gently stir in blueberries.

Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.


Mix the ingredients for fruit dip together with mixer until smooth. Put in bowl and cover.

Serve muffins warm with Fruit dip
