1 small onion
1/3 C vinegar
1/3 C sugar
1 T Dijon mustard
1 t celery seed
1/2 t salt and 1/2 t pepper
1 C canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except oil in blender...slowly add oil in a slow stream thru the lid while the blender is processing. Chill.
I've kept this in fridge for a couple of weeks.

This is Pam's mother's recipe...we've served it to multitudes at the club...great about any salad you can think of! I especially like it with baby spinach, red onions, and strawberries.
