6 medium potatoes
1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1 T. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, diced
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes, cool, peel, and cut into cubes.
Mix Miracle Whip, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper in serving bowl.
Add potatoes and onion and toss.
Stir in eggs.
Cover and refrigerate al least 4 hours.
