1 lb pork tenderloin cut in 10 pieces
10 slices of Bacon
1 tsp butter
2 T paprika
1 cup heavy cream
1 yellow or red pepper thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper the tenderloin.

Wrap the bacon around the tenderloin slices.

Butter a baking dish, add the sliced pepper and put the tenderloin slices on top.

Sprinkle the paprika over the meat and bake in a 375 F preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and pour the cream over the meat and place back in the oven for another 5 minutes.

Serve with white rice.
