1 ½ lb potatoes peeled and cut in wedges.
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 sprig of rosemary leaves only
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prehat the oven to 400 F.

Coat the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil and heat in the oven.

Wash and dry the cut potatoes well. Toss with the olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Add the potatoes to the heated baklng dish and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and toss.

Bake another 10 minutes remove and toss. Bake 10 minutes and toss check for doneness. If it needs more time repeat for another 10 minutes.
