1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cup milk
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb tater tots

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Brown meat with onion. Drain and put in an 8 inch square baking dish. Mix soup with milk; pour over meat. Sprinkle vegetables over soup mixture, top with cheese and potatoes. Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden and casserole is heated through.
