1 ½ cup fresh bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 ½ lb ground chuck
1/2 lb ground pork
1 medium onion, chopped
2 eggs
1 ¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp allspice
⅛ tsp cardamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
1 beef bouillon cube
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread crumbs in milk for 5 minutes. Add meat, onion, eggs, and seasonings. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate covered for 1 hour.

Shape meat mixture into 1 inch diameter balls. Place on rack of broiler pan and bake in 400° over for 15 minutes. Place in crock pot with water and bouillon. Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-2 1/2 hours.
