3 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cups tomato juice
1 cup quick oats
¼ cup ketchup
¼cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp salt
Hamburger Buns
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and drain. Add tomato juice, oats, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard & salt. Cook until thick. Serve on hamburger buns.
