3 lb piece of beef
course salt
pepper
4 medium potatoes, quartered
4 carrots, cut into pieces
1 large onion, sliced
2 dried bay leaves
tsp thyme
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Season beef with salt and pepper. Place carrots, potato, and onion in crock pot. Place meat on vegetables. Add thyme and bay leaves, cover with soup. Cook on low 8 hours, high 6 hours.
