1 cup margarine
1 cup cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
1 egg beaten
2 Tbsp milk
6 pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325°. Place butter in pan and place pan in oven to melt.

In a pie plate, mix crumbs, cheese, and salt & pepper. In another pie plate, mix egg and milk. Coat pork chops with crumb mix, dip in egg mix and again in crumb mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake 30 minutes, turn chops and bake an additional 30 min.
