4 boneless pork loin chops
2 Tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
dash pepper
1 ½ cups milk, divided
2 Tbsp butter
2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Trim all fat from chops; pound to 3/4 inch thickness. Combine flour, salt, and pepper. Lightly coat chops. Whisk 1/2 cup milk into flour. Heat oil and melt butter in frying pan. Add pork and brown well, about 3 minutes per side. Pour out most of pan drippings; add flour mixture. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn chops over and add remaining milk. Cover and cook 30 minutes more, or until sauce has thickened.
