Hamburger Biscuit Bake Recipe

1 lb ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1 pkg chili mix
1 can peas (or corn)
1 can mushrooms
2 cans refrigerated flaky biscuits
Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 400.

Brown beef; drain. Add tomato sauce and chili mix. Simmer in skillet 20 minutes. Stir in peas and mushrooms.

Line 9x13 cake pan with one can biscuits, flattening to cover bottom of entire pan. Top biscuits with hamburger mixture, then cover with sliced cheese. Use remaining can of biscuits to form top crust.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
