4 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup pecan halves
1 cup mayo
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper for taste
1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
Croissants

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine chicken, celery, cranberries & pecans mix well.
In a small bowl combine mayo, vinegar, honey, sugar, salt and pepper. Whisk until blended and smooth.
Stir in poppy seeds.
Pour over chicken mixture toss well and chill.
Serve on Croissants
