6 medium potatoes, baked
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups (24oz) sour cream
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut baked potatoes into 1 inch cubs. Place half of cubes in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with half the salt, pepper, and bacon, top with half of the sour cream and cheeses. Repeat layers

Bake, uncovered in a 350° over for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
