1 can beef consomme soup (can substitute beef broth)
1 can French onion soup
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 lb pork sausage, browned and drained
1 ½ cups minute rice, uncooked
Directions:

Mix all ingredients and place in greased casserole dish. Back 45 minutes in a 450º oven
